Shipping policy

DELIVERY PRICES/TIMES

All orders have the option of free delivery, with other options of 'faster' delivery to ensure your deliveries are with you for when you need them.

Standard delivery - 2-4 Days - £0.00 (FREE)

Express delivery - 1-3 Days - £3.99

Next day guaranteed delivery - Next day - £7.99

 

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Once an order is placed it will be processed, the item will be packaged by a member of our team and sent out within 24 hours (except Sundays when Royal Mail do not operate).

 

DELIVERY TIME

All orders placed will be sent via Royal Mail, unless different arrangements are made prior to purchase. Tracking codes are available upon request and will require a signature upon delivery. Shipping times are as follows:

UK 2-4 working days.

All orders made after 5PM GMT will be shipped the following day (except on Saturdays). Please allow for an extra few days during busy periods (Christmas, Black Friday's etc.).

 

DELIVERY GUARANTEE

We will not take responsibility for any orders that do not arrive due to incorrect shipping addresses given, however, any other parcels that do not arrive will be refunded. Orders over the value of £400 will be sent with 'Royal Mail Special Delivery'.
